Pay: $16.00 per hour

Job description:

Khaos Brewcade and Major Threat Restaurant Group are looking for full-time Bartender Manager who can work in a fast paced Restaurant environment and provide superior Customer Service. Leadership and organizational skills will be critical for this position. Management experience hiring, training and motivating Staff preferred. The ability to handle shifts by yourself and complete tasks in a timely manner is also required.

- Ability to Prep, Set Up and Decorations
- QuickBooks and Computer Literacy a plus
- Balancing Day to Day Operations of Expo, Server Staff, Bartenders, Bussers and Hosts
- Ability to Plan Shifts Successfully - Working with Staff to keep Restaurant Clean, Organized and Stocked

Preferred:
- 2+ Years of High-Volume Management Experience
- 3+ Years of Bartending and Serving.
- Consistency and Willingness to Correct Mistakes/Errors When Made
- Experience with Private Events and Parties - Toast POS Knowledge + Experience a plus

Compensation:
$16/Hour Plus Tips. Negotiable based on experience and abilities.
